The third installment of the loosely thematic cabaret series moves to My Buddy’s on North Clark Street at Montrose Avenue.
Conceived by Ghostlight Ensemble Member Khnemu Menu-Ra, 3 Stages of Love also includes performers Dani Brady and Jean E. Mueller-Burr.
This semi-autobiographical work features a blend of Shakespeare and song – along with original pieces. The full series ran over the course of our 9th season, but there is no need to attend all three, each piece stands alone as a complete work, but a richer story unfolds if you see the entire cycle.
Menu-Ra describes Extraordinary Love as a tale that remembers the past, embraces the present and hopes the future will continue to be anything but ordinary.
Even if you missed Part 1 & 2, you'll have no trouble following Part 3. Dinner and drinks will be available for purchase. 3 Stages of Loves promises to be a true cabaret for those daring enough to join.
