Actress Jean E. Mueller-Burr recently sat down to chat with us about her character of Eustasia in The Dover Road.

“She loves fiercely and without reservation,” Jean E. Mueller-Burr said of her character who is looking for that love in return – not always in the right places. “She’s ‘too much,’ but all the most fun people tend to be.”

The Dover Road is one of Block Club Chicago's 6 Shows to See in April.

“Spring has finally arrived, and with it a new crop of exciting Chicago theater productions.

One trend we’re loving is productions set in unusual places: Recently “The Beauty Project” staged performances in a beauty salon, and this month Ghostlight Theatre is hosting a production of a little-known A.A. Milne play in the coach house of Glessner House in the Prairie Avenue historic district.”

Read more about it here and then G.E.T. your tickets for this “hidden gem of a play” in advance here. We open next week. And it’s an experience you won’t want to miss.
